HOW DO I PAY?We accept credit cards, Wire transfers and corporate checks.

What will I do as a promotional model?To give you an idea of some of the things you may be doing: Handing out promotional items, taking photos with venue/event patrons, operating displays and booths, operating activities or games, dressing up in costume, and of course being social!

I am not 21, are there events that I can work or do all events require me to be 21?As long as you are 18 years of age or older you can apply to be a promotional model with Moorestar. You will be separated from our regular pool of promotional models and be identified as 18+. You will still need to provide us with appropriate identification.

What do you look for in a talent?Vibrant personality, professionalism, intelligence and reliability are important factors. We look for diversity in our talent to be able to exactly match what our clients are looking for.

WHAT TYPE OF UNIFORM DOES YOUR STAFF WEAR?Depending on your event setting, Our staff will arrive in a formal or casual dress attire which is a Black or White collard button up dress shirt with a black tie and black shoes and black belt or polo style shirt with black jeans and black sneakers. If your event requires a custom branding your dedicated Client Service Manager will help assist you.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING?A 50% deposit is required with a signed contract to secure your booking. The balance is due 3 days prior to the event. Any bookings made within three days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

I have already applied, when can I expect to hear back from you?Due to the high volume of applications we receive we unfortunately can’t respond to everyone.

ARE YOU INSURED?Absolutely we are insured! We carry a $2 Million General Liability insurance policy with an additional $2 Million umbrella.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?Once the booking is finalized with a signed contract, any cancellations will result in the loss of deposit.

What languages do your promotional models speak?Many of our promotional models are multilingual. Please specify the languages you need models to communicate in with booth visitors, and we'll find suitable candidates.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE INVOICE?No, our staff really appreciate those small gestures. If you would like to add that additional token of appreciation let your Client Service Manager know.

IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING TIME FOR AN EVENT?Yes, We require a minimum of 4 hours.

What are promotional models?I am sure you have all been to a store and been approached by a woman carrying a bottle of perfume and show asks you if you would like to try this fragrance. This is a promotional model. You have probably been to a home show or car show at your local convention center and seen attractive women and men standing in many booths inviting you to take a look at the product she or he is working with. This is a promotional model. Or maybe you have been on your way into a concert or sporting event and a man offers you a sample of a new fruit juice. This is a promotional model. Promotional models do not have their photographs taken to appear in advertisements, they do not walk down fashion runways and they do not appear in TV commercials. They are attractive, enthusiastic men and women ranging in age from 18-45 who are hired by thousands of companies to get a new product into consumer's hands, in the hopes that you will try the new product, like it and then buy it. You do need to be attractive, well groomed, energetic, and dependable and enjoy talking with people.

I want to be a Model but I do not have any really good photographs of myself. Can you help me get professional photographs?We work with one of finest model photographers. We can get you a professional photo shoot at an affordable rate. If you want prints, a digital portfolio/website to feature your work, or need help for your modeling career outside of our promotional modeling we are happy to help you in any way we can. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO STAFF A JOB?We can usually staff a job in a matter of hours; depending on the location we may even be able to do so in minutes, so last-minute requests are never out of the question. Of course, we prefer to be given as much notice as possible. The more time we have to give candidates a chance to express interest in working a job, the easier it will be for us to provide you with the highest quality Talent available.

CAN I SEE POTENTIAL TALENT BEFORE I HIRE THEM TO STAFF MY EVENTS?Absolutely. Our website portal gives us the ability to provide you with a username and password that will give you access to view our staff’s photos, videos and bios on all individuals expressing interest in working your event.
