Submission Process

We accept submissions for new talent ages 18 and up. We are interested in all looks and ethnicities, whether experienced or not. To be considered for representation, please fill out the Submission Form completely.

REVIEWING SUBMISSIONS
We review every submission in detail which takes about two weeks. We will contact you if we believe there is an opportunity for you with our agency. If not, we would like to keep your materials on file for about three months.

Because of the number of submissions we receive, we are only able to reach out to those we invite to move forward. If you have not heard from us after two weeks it means you will not be invited and there will be no further communication from us. Please do not contact us to inquire about the status of your submission. We reach out to you if you have been selected. But because of the large amount of submissions we are not able to provide feedback on your application if you are not selected.


THE INTERVIEW
After reviewing all Submissions, those we think have potential are invited to an interview at our office. There we talk more about how we work, expectations of our talent, how compensation is handled, what clients are looking for, etc. There is an opportunity for Q&A with our staff and we will show you how we work together to promote our actors and models.

REPRESENTATION
After the Interview, we review the applicants that have made it that far and select those to whom we will offer a contract. We will invite you in for a welcome meeting with our team and other new talent where you will sign your contract and we will show you how to get ready for booking with us.

Our welcome process includes all the details on working with us and lays out our agency expectations. During the meeting you will receive specific coaching on how to establish yourself in the business, what you can do to make that happen and how to maximize your potential as an actor or model.
